During this project, I had the privilege of serving as one of two graphic designers. My role involved collaborating with government officials, corporate executives, community organizations, and global leaders to establish project requirements and develop a roadmap for success. I was responsible for designing the brand, participating in client meetings to discuss design concepts, and creating a variety of marketing materials to advance the project's goals and objectives. In addition to working closely with another graphic designer, I also collaborated with an immersion company, Penrose, to ensure consistent and high-quality design work. Our team's hard work and dedication resulted in a comprehensive and impactful project that received positive feedback from both clients and stakeholders. It was a pleasure to collaborate with such a diverse range of organizations and individuals, and I am extremely proud of the work we accomplished.

In order to position Bermuda as a leading global InsurTech hub, it is crucial for InnoFund to attract more startups and insurance companies. To achieve this, a clear plan must be developed to establish a self-sustaining venture capital fund that can nurture startups within the Bermuda startup ecosystem. Currently, InnoFund aims to establish such a fund, but lacks a comprehensive strategy to make it a reality. To attract potential investors and identify promising startups, InnoFund plans to create an online presence and offer ongoing support to selected startups.
To Attract more startups, InnoFund will enhance its marketing efforts. This may involve partnering with industry events, creating a more visible online presence, and leveraging its network to attract potential partners. InnoFund can also explore new revenue streams, such as consulting services, training programs, and partnerships with local businesses. All of these efforts will be showcased the InnoFund website.
One soluiton for attracting more startups to InnoFund is to create an online presence through a website. The website can showcase InnoFund's portfolio of startups and provide information on how to apply for funding. It can also highlight the benefits of partnering with InnoFund, such as access to mentoring, networking opportunities, and potential partnerships with local businesses. The website can be optimized for search engines to increase the visibility and attract potential partners. Additionally, InnoFund can consider leveraging social media platforms to promote its website and attract a wider audience. By creating a strong online presence, InnoFund can increase its credibility and attract more startups.
Using a sitemap for visual presentation of the website. It provides a full overview, which then will aid in simplifying, trimming off unnecessary pages, and keeping what’s important. Using the site map, I identified what content fits together and what may disturb user flow within the InnoFund website.
Throughout the project, I gathered feedback from users through surveys, user testing, and interviews to understand their needs and pain points. This feedback allowed us to refine our design and ensure that the final product met user needs.
We went through several rounds of design iterations, incorporating feedback and making changes based on user testing. This process helped us to create a design that was effective and user-friendly.
This project was a team effort, with two designers, working together to create a successful product. Effective communication and collaboration were essential to the project's success.
In UX/UI design, small details can make a big difference in the user experience. We paid close attention to typography, color choices, and layout to create a cohesive and visually appealing design.
As designers, we have a responsibility to create designs that are accessible to everyone. We incorporated accessibility features into the design, such as alt text for images and a focus on readability.
User testing was an essential part of the design process, allowing us to validate our design choices and ensure that the final product was effective and user-friendly.
Overall, the project was a success, and we were able to create a design that met the needs of our users while also being visually appealing and easy to use. We learned a lot throughout the process and are excited to continue applying these lessons to future projects.
